From April to November, over the past six months, students from the 2024 Textile High Training Class have walked hand in hand on this fertile land of infinite possibilities in the industrial chain. Their footprints have spread across the country, and they have delved into 34 excellent enterprises, higher education institutions, and innovation centers in the textile industry chain to learn, exchange, and explore. They have listened to 27 teachers from different professional fields who have sorted out, interpreted, and insightful the knowledge system of the entire industry chain, and have gained a clearer understanding and prediction of the latest development, future trends, and paths of the industry; The strong strength and advanced technology of industry giants, the unique charm of specialized and innovative enterprises in segmented fields, and the firm beliefs, difficulties, and successful experiences of each enterprise along the way not only inspire everyone's fighting spirit and confidence, but also give them a clearer positioning and deeper thinking about their own enterprise development.
Based on the learning process and achievements of the students in the 8th Textile Training Class, Duan Xiaoping, Vice President of the China Textile Industry Federation, puts forward four suggestions for everyone's future development: firstly, to move forward seriously, rigorously and steadily, and to pay more attention to, be serious and focused on doing things now than ever before. The second is to normalize communication and cooperation. We hope that the textile training class can become a normalized "club" of the textile industry chain, a platform for cultivating friendship and mutual learning, a platform for helping each other solve problems, and a platform for upstream and downstream cooperation to develop new products. It is also a platform for reducing risks and joint investment. Thirdly, we need to have a clear understanding of the overall trend and direction, such as the fourth industrial revolution brought about by artificial intelligence; The business model of central and peripheral enterprises is accelerating. If one cannot become a central enterprise, they must at least become a core peripheral enterprise and establish a closer strategic cooperation model with their upstream and downstream enterprises; The "3060" green development will become a new fashion and trend; Materials are the foundation and most important support for building local brands, and in this process, we should fully utilize the leading advantages of China's chemical fiber industry. The fourth is to stand firm on our roots and look to the world, strengthen our confidence, and use more wisdom and courage to cope with various difficulties and challenges, contributing emerging forces to the bright future of the textile industry.
